I want to share with any potential homeowner that Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors can't be beat when it comes to commitment. From start to finish, the dedication and countless hours of providing expert advice, making sure all your questions and concerns were answered, really made me feel special. Alicia Delgado was my realtor; she treated me like I was family. Alicia was kind, caring, knowledgeable, understanding and most of all very compassionate. I had the pleasure of working with her twice. Alicia did a short sale for me a few years back and told me if I ever needed her again to call her. I did need Alicia again, this time to help me find my forever home. When I called her, I told her what I was looking for, the area in which I wanted to be and immediately she was on it. I recently moved into my forever home. I am so honored to have had a great experience with such a wonderful person like Alicia, she goes above and beyond in whatever she does. Jeff stuck with us for many months and in a very slow sales market. His guidance tended to always be very good advice. Since we had not been involved in a process where we had to sell one house in FL before buying another in VA, his patience was very helpful in talking us (me in particular) through some stressful situations with potential buyers and sellers.He made a difficult process manageable for everyone involved. Highly recommend. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous, overwhelmed and anxious to go through this process. I had no clue what I was doing. His knowledge and experience was over the top. He connected with me making suggestions I never thought could be possible. Every anxiety ridden freak out moment I had, "you will have many" he was immediately there to calm my nerves and brought me back to reality. We could not have gotten a better agent than we had with George. My husband & I were looking for a vacation/retirement home coming from WV. He was so easy to talk to and made sure he knew what we were looking for and sent us listings that fit our needs and streamline the search and was able to find 5 really good choices. We flew down for 5 days and George totally organized our viewings and were able to see them all in 2 days and was able to bid on the one we wanted before we flew back home. Fast and easy process

The Sell and Settlement went very smoothly. Everything went as expected.

Beth is the most skilled and dedicated realtor we have ever worked with and that’s out of the multiple real estate transactions we have done over the years. She knows the market well and is a skilled negotiator who really thinks strategically about all the levers to pull when it comes to making an offer. She is very attentive, actively managing each step of the process and over-communicating along the way. I wouldn’t ever consider using a different realtor after working with her. I was genuinely impressed and would highly recommend her.

Jonis was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable of the local housing market and was diligent finding us the home that matched our purchase criteria. His negotiation during the contract stage was fair and effective. He was attentive and punctual in the entire process from contract to closing. Jonis is an utmost professional, patient, personable, and communicative. Buying a home can be a dauting task, he made it manageable and at times pleasant.

Jonis was very helpful and provided all information I requested. If he was not in possession of the exact information he did his best to aquire said information. This included the financial statements for the past 2 years, the proposed budgets for this calendar year as well as the structural reports now mandated by the state of Florida.

Me and my wife purchased an RV lot in Salt Springs Resort and couldn't be happier. Jamie was our agent and this guy is very knowledgeable and hard working.
